I fell into a depression in the winter of 2007/08 and looked within my own state of being to find a source of inspiration. I felt frail, weak and broken. But I also recognised the immense inner strength I carry.
There are stages in life when one undergoes transformation, undergoes a metamorphosis. I was about to experience what that meant.
